I am a leadership development coach, with many years experience of working with clients in corporates, professional services and high growth environments. Having a background at a senior level in financial services and the travel industry, means that I understand the pressures of disruptive change and key issues in the business world. Passionate about development, I am absolutely committed to enabling leaders to learn, grow and transform, as they uncover unique solutions to their challenging issues.
Inspired by my appreciation for the STAGES framework, I now approach my practice with more awareness and precision: to identify the issues and specific inventions to support resolution; to deepen and expand my clients’ capacity to be more agile and to act from broader perspectives; and to open up emerging, innovative opportunities in the face of complexity. Purposeful coaching, designed to achieve a sustainable impact and deliver value.
Outside my coaching practice I enjoy art and have an adventurous spirit, with a passion for the sea, our oceans and sailing.
Finding peace with ever more aspects of our inner life and expressing this experience in personal evolution and in making a difference in the world is what I consider my orientation. In such processes I support people as a life and conflict counselor, giving them the space and the safety to explore their experiences and their actions, helping them to digest the pains and heal the wounds in their life, release hindering implantations, deepen their relationships, clarify projects, find purpose and the courage to show up. The main means is an intimate encounter in dialogue either in my office, over the phone or via video communication. In the common exploration we find ever wider circles of receiving and acting, creativity and growth, wonder and stillness, embrace and compassion, reciprocity and communion.
I have a background in economics (PhD), I am trained thoroughly in person-centered counseling and in teaching the Alexander technique, I have immersed myself in integral theory and practice, and since some years I am in the process of a deep study and integration of the Stages model into my counseling practice. Furthermore, my blindness has been a particularly faithful teacher in my life. I live and work in Maintal near Frankfurt in Germany and my first language is German.
Dr. Lynn Fuentes has pursued a path of personal and spiritual growth for many years in conjunction with a varied career as a lawyer, mediator, journalist, and university professor and administrator. She has been a devoted student of integral theory since 1993 and lives the philosophy as a daily practice.
Previously, Lynn designed and taught integrally inspired courses in conflict management, chronic illness, writing, and adult psychology at Prescott College and at DePaul University, where she also founded and directed the Chronic Illness Initiative, a unique program to help chronically ill students obtain a college education. Dr. Fuentes also served for many years on the board of the Solve ME/CFS Initiative.
Currently, Lynn and her husband own and manage their company, Transformation Teaching, LLC, which offers personal and spiritual growth coaching and courses in adult development, life planning and chronic illness management.
Lynn received her B.A. from the University of Michigan, her M.A. from Prescott College, her J.D. from George Washington University, and her Ph.D. from the Union Institute and University. She lives in Sedona, AZ.

I have a colourful obsession with socks and a lovely way of deeply disorienting people. I work as a systemic coach, organisation consultant and supervisor and am hugely interested in learning how people and systems can transform into healthier versions of themselves. My intentions are to support people to shift their perspective on their life and work so that they can engage in more meaningful action.
I am intensely curious about what lies at the heart of our selves and how we can become more able to clear away the clutter that inhibits our growth. My current focus is in mindfully applying vertical development theory to our psycho-spiritual evolution as individuals and collectives. I have 3 boys who provide me with multiple opportunities to practice being compassionate and to integrate the parts of my own life that I’ve somehow pushed away. They also offer me ways to develop my in-the-moment awareness along with multiple reminders of how easy it is to collapse back into the earlier stages of development!

“I enjoy my coaching meetings with Antoinette principally because I find myself uncomfortable. She continually challenges my normalized way of thinking. The coaching is not a linear process. It’s emergent, disruptive and even disconcerting – that’s where the magic is. Antoinette considers things from a deeper dynamic perspective. Her focus on embracing our uniqueness is inspiring and amazingly effective.”
~ Greg Ellis EGM Opal Transport for NSW
