Antoinette Braks is a Master Leadership Coach who has been explicitly coaching in vertical leadership development for over 10 years. Antoinette is the author of Executive Coaching in Strategic Holistic Leadership: The Drivers and Dynamics of Vertical Development (McGraw Hill, 2020). She has developed a holistic approach to vertical development integrating heart-mind-spirit and the energy fields of our life experience with the stages of development. She also conceived Vertical Development Theory to articulate the pathway that facilitates the fullness of transformative leadership.
Antoinette founded StageSHIFT Coaching. She offers online group Synergist Leadership and Coaching Accreditation Programs, and an introductory program, The Spectrum Stage Shift. She is dedicated to designing and leading StageSHIFT Leadership Programs around the world to expedite the shift to 4th person perspective for strategic leaders and their organisations.
Her expansive StageSHIFT coaching approach incorporates strategic leadership of organisational evolution to green and teal, and personal holistic leadership development based on cultivating self, healing shadow and embodying spirit, while realising the highest aspirations in life, career and business.
